BEGINNING SPINNING
Class starting April 18, 2012 1:oopm -4:00
A beginning spinning class will be held at the farm on . Please sign up now the class is limited to 8 spinners. We will go through spinning different kinds of fiber. If you need help learning to use your wheel this class will benfit you. Cost $50. This includes the class instructions and material costs.
BEGINNING WEAVING
Class starting Thursday April 24th. 1:00pm - 4:00 pm
Class in beginning weaving will be held at the Farm. Learn about choices of yarns, warping boards, warping mills, and how to start a basic warping project. I will get you going and you can work on it at home. Cost $75 this include the class instructions and material cost. Limited to 3 students.
RAG RUG WEAVING
Rag Rug Class May 2nd 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Come join us at the farm learn how to make a rag rug on a small loom. Class is limited to 10 people. Cost is $48. Class instructions and loom included in cost. Class is from 5:30 to 8:oopm. You will need cotton material of your choice. You can make this any size you want. Bring a 1/2 yard of a couple of different color materials.
BEGINNING KNITTING
Knit a scarf class January 31st
Come join us at the farm. We will meet at the cabin and knit a scarf. This is a new pattern that I have written. It is fun to do and one I am sure you will love. class is January 31st at 5:30 pm to 7:30pm. Class cost is $48 this is includes, pattern, needles and yarn. limited to 8 students sign up soon.
BLENDING FIBERS
Blending fibers with Yarn Farms new blending comb
We will take different colors and types of yarn and comb them into roving. Class includes instruction, roving and diz. Class cost is $70. This is just a fun class of color and fiber. come join us at the farm at 5:30 to 7:oopm.
